We design and produce custom flags, banners, signs, and related accessories for schools, athletic programs, booster clubs, businesses, and individuals. Our products are made to order based on the specifications and artwork you provide. Our website is quote-based. Pricing shown is for estimating purposes, and orders are finalized directly with our team rather than through online checkout.
2. Quotes, Orders & Acceptance
Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote is not a confirmed order. An order is accepted only once we confirm it with you and, where applicable, receive any required deposit or payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change and may vary based on final specifications, quantities, artwork, materials, and shipping. Any prices shown on the website are estimates and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated. Payment terms will be provided with your quote or order confirmation.
4. Custom Artwork, Proofs & Approvals
For custom orders, you may provide artwork or work with us on a design. Where we provide a proof, production begins only after you approve it. You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving proofs, including spelling, colors, sizes, and layout. We are not responsible for errors in artwork or proofs that you have approved. Colors may vary slightly between on-screen proofs and finished products due to differences in materials and displays.
5. Intellectual Property & Trademark Rights
Many of our products feature school names, mascots, logos, and other marks. By submitting artwork or requesting a design, you represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use all names, logos, mascots, trademarks, and other content you provide, and that our production of your order will not infringe the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of the content or marks you provide. We may decline any order we believe may infringe a third party's rights.
6. Our Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images (other than customer-provided artwork), is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.
7. Production, Turnaround & Delivery
Production and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and begin after artwork approval and, where applicable, payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supply issues, or incomplete or late-approved artwork. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Cancellations, Changes & Returns
Because our products are custom made to order, orders generally cannot be canceled, changed, or returned once production has begun, and custom items are not eligible for refund or return. If you believe there is a defect or an error on our part, contact us promptly (see below) and we will work with you to make it right.
9. Product Warranty & Quality
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a product arrives defective or does not match your approved proof due to our error, contact us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace, or otherwise address it at our discretion. This is your exclusive remedy. Normal wear, weather exposure, and misuse are not covered.
10. Disclaimers
Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our products, services, or website will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
